RLV-Issues in high lag sims

The testing of countermeasures I announced in last weeks newsletter has been a success. It seems they work very well. I just released and update so most of my items will implement these countermeasures to keep RLV restrictions safe, even at low lag sims.
 

Gag-Translator

Men don’t understand women? Dom/mes don’t understand subserviant girls or guys? The experienced Dominant for sure knows how to treat their subjects the way they deserve it and what their deep inside is longing for.
To support the modern Dominant even more in understanding their enslaved ones who wear a MoDesign gag for a good reason, I now offer a very handy tool, the MoDesign Gag Translator.
It is just an inconspicuous bud that can be worn as ear bud or even as a sleeve button attached to any perfect tuxedo. One touch, and it will relay every line of chatter of your subjects ungarbeled, even before the garble comes off their mouth. Whatever they are trying to say, you will understand, what it is.
Modern technology assures that only the Dominant of the sub will be able to use the Gag translator for their very own subjects. We don’t want to cheat other Dominants gags, don’t we? Low lag and low memory usage will ensure that your bud won’t catch the attention of any lag or script counter.

 

MoDesign at Frilly Filly Farm

I am happy to tell you about the opening of a MoDesign vendor at the market of the Frilly Filly Farm. The Frilly Filly Farm is one of the most well known pony stables in all Second Life. If you want to experience a good pony training, you have to consider the farm. I really recommend this set of plugins to all MoDesign Banes and all Implants of Punishment. especially the report-plugin is very handy for the bane-operator. Every single violation of protocols and their punishment is logged. So you get a good impression about how well your bane behaves or how much they can bear.
The plugin is very easy to install. Just wear the helmet, rez the installer and get the scripts installed with a touch to the installer.

== Support ==

I hopefully did contact all open support requests. If I did not get back to you, please send ma a notecard about your request.
Unfortunately, my German mail provider started to classify LL-IM-Mail forwardings as spam and discards them at the moment. That is why its important to send Support requests by notecard. I am not sure, why my provider and LL seem to be unable to cooperate on that issue. My apologies about any inconvenience this might cause.

== RLV-Issues in high lag sims ==

I got reports about items that loose their RLV settings or even become detach-able when you teleport to a sim with high lag. I have talked to other people and viewer developers, such as Marine, and the present idea about it is, thats an issue caused by the LL-servers. So, it seems there is nothing a scripter or viewer developer can do to fix it. If it happens to you, it might help to detach the item and attach it again, or to try to reapply the settings. However, I am debating that I might try a hack that might work to workaround that bug, so stay tuned.

== Updates ==

Total Submission

The menu to add/remove Blacklist Filters with the Parking / Housearrest plugin was broken, its fixed now. There was also an issue that receive-IM restrictions did not work properly. This is fixed as well.
In Some cases people noticed a "too many listener"-bug, wich is also addressed with this update If you have not updated recently, there is also a new feature, that allows to auto-hide the Total Submission attachment depending on worn clothing layers.

The notify messages about Speak when Spoken can be turned off now

Glasses

If the version of your glasses plugin is lower v3.20, please update for better RLV performance. Glasses without optional blindfold will allow custom windlight settings, such as set the sun to midday. Blindfolds still will not allow that for security reasons.
